1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website www.socialsafar.in and the services of SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U73100UP2025PTC227273), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
We provide digital marketing courses (recorded, live, workshops, and combo packages) and digital marketing services including but not limited to social media management, SEO, Google Ads management, and content marketing.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
4. Course Access
- Recorded Courses: Lifetime access from date of purchase (subject to platform availability)
- Live Classes: Access as per scheduled batch timings. Recordings may be provided at our discretion.
- Workshops: One-time access for the scheduled session
- Combo Packages: Access terms as specified in the package description
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is processed through our authorized payment gateway partners. Prices at the time of purchase will be honored.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, documents, graphics, and other intellectual property on our platform are owned by SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Recording, downloading, or redistributing course content
- Using automated tools to access our platform
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts our services
- Posting defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content
8. Service Terms (Digital Marketing Services)
Digital marketing service agreements are governed by separate service-level agreements. Monthly services require minimum 30-day notice for cancellation. Results are not guaranteed and depend on multiple factors including market conditions and budget.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
