Cancellation Policy

1. Course Cancellation
By the Student:
- Recorded courses can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase (see Refund Policy for conditions)
- Live class enrollment can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first session for a full refund
- Workshop registration can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the workshop
By SocialSafar:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule live classes and workshops due to unforeseen circumstances
- In case of cancellation by us, a full refund or rescheduled access will be provided
- We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance via email and phone
2. Service Cancellation
- Monthly services require 30 days written notice for cancellation
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Any pending deliverables at the time of cancellation will be completed
- No pro-rated refunds for partial months (except within first 7 days)

4. Non-Cancellable Items
- Courses where more than 30% content has been accessed
- Live classes after the first session has been attended
- Workshops after they have started
- Custom digital marketing projects after work has commenced
