1. Overview

SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U73100UP2025PTC227273) values your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our courses and services.

2. Course Refunds

Recorded Courses:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Refund is applicable only if less than 30% of the course content has been accessed
  • No refund after 7 days or if more than 30% content has been accessed

Live Classes:

  • Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the first session
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the first session (before it starts)
  • No refund after the first session has been attended

Workshops:

  • Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the workshop
  • No refund after the workshop has started

Combo Packages:

  • Refund terms follow the recorded course policy
  • Partial refunds are not available for individual courses within a combo

3. Service Refunds

  • Monthly services: Pro-rated refund if cancelled within the first 7 days of a billing cycle
  • No refund after 7 days of the billing cycle
  • Setup fees are non-refundable
  • Custom project work is non-refundable once work has commenced

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your full name and registered email
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy abuse, repeated refund requests, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
