1. Overview
SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U73100UP2025PTC227273) values your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our courses and services.
2. Course Refunds
Recorded Courses:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Refund is applicable only if less than 30% of the course content has been accessed
- No refund after 7 days or if more than 30% content has been accessed
Live Classes:
- Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the first session
- 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the first session (before it starts)
- No refund after the first session has been attended
Workshops:
- Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the workshop
- No refund after the workshop has started
Combo Packages:
- Refund terms follow the recorded course policy
- Partial refunds are not available for individual courses within a combo
3. Service Refunds
- Monthly services: Pro-rated refund if cancelled within the first 7 days of a billing cycle
- No refund after 7 days of the billing cycle
- Setup fees are non-refundable
- Custom project work is non-refundable once work has commenced
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your full name and registered email
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy abuse, repeated refund requests, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
